Students learning through the resilient curriculum are taught from five broad categories, starting with the more rudimentary industry information and installation procedures and advancing to extremely complex methodologies. The resilient curriculum is covered in 25 different lessons, including:

- Manufacturer Certification
Each lesson consists of four components, including the lesson, instructor manuals, student manuals and testing.
Lesson Highlight: Heat Welding
Lessons with more advanced tactics, such as heat welding flat lay sheet, are also available as skill enhancement training for veteran floor installers. Individual lessons focus on specifics, such as:
- The correct groove depth, tip, welding rod, angle and speed
- Adjusting power groovers
- Proper seam trimming
- Skiving procedures
- Angle positions for the welder
- Seam trimming
